The Rackets are a 3 piece cover band performing Rock’n’Roll from the 50’s and 60’s.

The Rackets formed late 2012 performing at weddings, engagement parties and live venues across Melbourne. The act has received a phenomenal response from guests, patrons and venue bookers alike already securing residencies at Grumpy’s Green (Collingwood) and The Penny Black (Brunswick) and dates for 2013 filling up fast.
The Rackets members Shannon, Tom and James, in their mid-twenties use their experience and skills beyond their years to put their own spin on these classic 50s and 60s Rock’n’Roll hits. With The Rackets you can expect an energetic, engaging performance whilst always ensuring the entire room is up singing, dancing, doing ‘the twist’ and even the ‘mash potato!’
