Jasmine and John have built a strong reputation in Sydney as a memorable and enthusiastic musical act. They both boast Bachelor’s Degrees from the Australian Institute of Music and have been playing together for over three years.
Together, they have built a great rapport that translates both on and off the stage. The Acoustic Duo can be found playing regular residencies around various venues in the Sydney area, playing on Cruise Ships as guest entertainers on P&O Cruise Lines, and they are the first choice for wedding, lounge and corporate entertainment. Jasmine & John always strive to provide a great experience through their engaging performances, and they will always leave you wanting more.
Jasmine and John Bio
Jasmine finds no greater joy than singing. From the tender age of 7, Jasmine has been heavily involved with the Filipino-Australian community, singing for various charity events and opening for international music acts.
Since completing her Bachelor of Music, Jasmine has been involved in numerous musical contexts – from performing to big audiences, to recording original music. She prides herself on her versatility, growing up with a love for all types of music. Her greatest achievement in her career so far is performing to a sold out crowd with her original group, Enter The Ninja.

John is a Sydney based musician known for his acoustic guitar artistry. Having played at a number of venues, festivals, charity events and weddings throughout the years, he has gained popularity amongst various artists as the go-to musician for acoustic performances. As his life mission is to change lives through music, his greatest achievement to date has been playing for the renowned theatre production, Fiddler on the Roof at the Seymour Centre in 2012. With a full cast, orchestra of over 150 musicians, and a 3000+ audience size, it is these moments that continue to inspire and further drive his passion in music entertainment.
Partaking in various performances and ongoing jams with other artists, John has cultivated a unique style and continues to refine his talent and edge.
